Hardbanding Solutions Canada Inc. (HSC Inc) is a Canadian manufacturer of specialized equipment for the hardbanding industry.
We take hardbanding equipment design into the 21st century with our programmable PLC-controlled touchscreen technology.
Starting with a basic self-contained touch screen pendant-controlled hardbanding unit, you then have the option to add additional pieces of equipment (modular setup) until you end up with a fully mobile hardbanding system of your design.

If your budget only allows for the basic hardbanding unit, or if all you require is a hardbanding unit for "in shop" use, our basic system is right for you. With a footprint of only 1,270mm x 2,130mm (50" x 84"), it can literally be placed anywhere in your facility. With a jaw opening size of 400mm ( 15 1/2"), our hardbanding unit can accommodate almost any drill pipe size.
You can expand (modular design) the basic hardbanding unit!
Our basic hardbanding unit can be attached to a prefabricated heavy-duty skid with just four bolts. From there, you can bolt on the welder of your choice, welding gas bottle racks, propane bottle racks, the wire spool shelf, and hydraulic system attachment. Lastly, attach our fully preassembled R14 insulated outer shell.
Working in uncomfortable weather conditions? If cold is a concern, a heater can be added, or if heat is the issue--air conditioning!
If you need additional mobility for the completed hard banding system, it comes complete with forklift pockets and lifting lugs for a picker truck so that you can lift it onto a flatbed truck or trailer.
Hardbanding Solutions Canada Inc also offers a fifth-wheel trailer with its own unique design for winching the hardbanding unit on and off the trailer. Please watch our video to see how fast and easy it is.
Lastly, the hardbanding system is dimensionally designed to slide comfortably into a standard 20-foot highboy cargo container for easy transportation anywhere in the world.
